Fixed-price projects
One-off work, billed once, independent of any management plan.
3-node cluster build with HA and PBS
Installation, cluster configuration, high availability, Proxmox Backup Server and infrastructure documentation.
VMware to Proxmox migration
Minimum €150 per project. The pre-migration audit is included.
The Proxmox subscription from Proxmox GmbH is not included. You buy it directly, in your own name: Community €120 per socket per year, Basic €370 per socket per year.
Terms and add-on services
Routine maintenance is included without limits: updates, patching, monitoring and backup checks. Work you request comes out of the monthly hour allowance.
Add-on services
- Setup fee, covering audit, hardening baseline, monitoring and a backup check: €149 per server, €249 per Proxmox cluster. Waived on annual prepay.
- Extra hours: €45 per hour for plan holders, €60 per hour without a plan. 30-minute minimum, then 15-minute steps.
- Non-urgent work outside business hours at your request: plus 50%.
- Extra off-site backup: €9 per month for each 250 GB.
Billing and terms
- Monthly billing, with 30 days notice to cancel.
- Annual prepay: two months free.
- Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.
- All prices are in EUR, excluding VAT.
- Response times are targets, not guarantees. A financial SLA applies only in Custom contracts.
Definitions
- Critical: the service is fully down, the server is compromised, or data is at risk.
- Normal: every other request.
Not included
- Application and code development.
- WordPress or plugin debugging beyond the server layer.
- Licences: cPanel, CloudLinux, Imunify, Proxmox.
